I am enjoying the teas we have received. I am a coffee drinker and these teas are a wonderful change. Very flavorful.
I spent a long time looking over the seasonal teas, as they all looked great. This is my first purchase from Farmhouse, and I really appreciate the ability to purchase trial sizes before committing to a full bag.
The coastal cranberry, which is described as being similar to mulled wine, is hands-down my partner & my's favorite tea from Farmhouse (we've tried 7 flavors total). It does not taste exactly like mulled wine, but it is fruity and rich and full in a similarly satisfying way. It's so good we ordered a full bag!
The gingerbread and pacific mint were less thrilling. They both smell great, but the gingerbread spices don't come through very strongly in the tea. My partner and I prefer our gingerbread VERY spicy compared to most American recipes (our favorite recipe sees me doubling the ginger/clove/cinnamon amounts every time), so this is likely a personal preference.
The peppermint tea is good peppermint tea. It smells great and tastes like mint, as advertised. I've grown my own peppermint this summer and will be using that going forward.

Licorice is one of my favorite candies. But if it's not your thing, you won't like this tea. I find it comforting to drink vs actually licorice which goes straight to my hips. 😉
I can't stop looking at these teas, let alone drinking them! My favorite so far is Coastal Cranberry Spice. I do enjoy the Harvest Berry but think I need to double the amount next time for more flavor. I've told all my friends about these and see much more in my future :)
As soon as I received my box of Homesteading Family Herbal Kit from Farmhouse Teas, I could see the care and attention to detail. From the shipping packaging to the product packaging, it is a wonderful presentation. But I was most impressed with the quality of the herbs I received. I grow my own chamomile and many culinary herbs and know the labor that goes into preserving only the best of my harvest but to do it on a scale that Farmhouse Teas does is amazing and inspiring. I've made my first few herbal remedies from Homesteading Family's Herbal Remedies course using FHT products and am very pleased with how they've all turned out. I love the free tea samples and will definitely be purchasing some for my pantry! FHT is a great alternative to growing your own or for those items that won't grow in your area. Thank you FHT!

This Apple Cider Fixin is so awesome. I received a sample of it in my last order. I tried it right away and then I had to have more! I love this company. My packages are always so nicely packaged when I get them. I cant wait to meet these folks at the Modern Homesteading Conference this summer In Idaho!
