Returns, Cancellations, and Food Storage

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days for any non-food items, such as tea strainers and infusers. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Food & Skin Care Items items may not be returned. 

If you wish to cancel an order or there are problems with shipping, sizes, and/or flavors, this must be reported to Farmhouse Teas by St. Fiacre's Farm LLC within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Please send an email to: ceanne@farmhouseteas.com describing the problem. We will contact you. In the SUBJECT Line type the words: Customer Service/Order #. Be sure to include your name, telephone number, and the the best time to call you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Herbs, Teas, Cocoa Mixes, Herbal Mixes, Spice Blends are a food item and exempt from being returned. They are perishable and, by law, foods cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for food items.

If the shipping box and/or its products are damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the box. Retain all packaging and leave the contents in place. Photograph the box with its contents and send the image to us at: ceanne@farmhouseteas.com . In the SUBJECT line type the words: Shipping Damage/Order #. Send an email with the photograph attached. Be sure to include your name, telephone number, and the best time to call you. 

Refunds 

We issue refunds for packages that have been mishandled and in other specific situations. As always, message us immediately if you are unsatisfied. Once your non-food return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three weeks of receipt of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ceanne@farmhouseteas.com 

Storage of Farmhouse Teas by St. Fiacre's Farm LLC Products

To ensure the quality and safety of your product, please store in a cool, dark, dry place. If placing your teas in a new container please RETAIN THE LOT NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE BAG (small white sticker that says Best By Date) for the purpose of food safety recalls.

Sale items  

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Order Cancellation Policy

At Farmhouse Teas, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free experience. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email at howdy@farmhouseteas.com with your order details.
  • If your order has NOT been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days for all physical product items. We cannot cancel digital items that have been fulfilled.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you have questions about Returns/Exchanges please see above.

3. Customized or Personalized Orders:

  • Orders that include customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If you need to modify or cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible to determine whether changes can be made.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment.

5. How to Cancel:

To cancel an order, simply:

  • Send us an email at howdy@farmhouseteas.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

We strive to process cancellations quickly, but once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order - Monday through Friday. We are closed for processing online orders during national holidays, weekends as well as a few additional religious holidays ( Feast of the Immaculate Conception Dec. 8th, All Saint's Day November 1st.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Farmhouse Teas by St. Fiacre's Farm LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
