Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) is a part of the rose family, and not just for its juicy red berries. Rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and B vitamins, it's no surprise it's used to make tea, tincture in apple cider vinegar, or infuse in oil for salves, lotions, and creams. Raspberry leaf can even be used as a toner or hair rinse! Avoid use if pregnant unless otherwise stated from a healthcare practitioner, as it may cause uterine contractions.

This herb has an approximate average of 18 cups per pound.

Excellent as a base in tea blends and is also commonly tinctured. Make herbal skin care and hair washes, as well as using for gargles and mouth wash. Also used in creating an infused in oil for use in making salves, balms and ointments. Do not use in 1st and 2nd trimester of pregnancy.

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.
