This flavor pairing is something else and may soon become your favorite! The bold bright fruity hibiscus takes the stage but won't be left without the bright citrus notes of orange. It's like salt and pepper, PB&J, Chocolate and Vanilla. These two flavors just go together like no other. It may remind you of a tropical vacation or your favorite summer day with its bright fruity flavor and citrus punch!

Comes in 0.9 oz bag. Steeps about 6 to 10 -16 oz bottles of kombucha. Flavor strength varies with each drinker's taste buds, use more or less as tastes prefer. An average bottle requires 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days, then strain. Chill 12-24 hours before opening then enjoy or store for later use.

    Organic Orange Peel, Organic Hibiscus

    Add 1 tsp of flavoring to 16 ounces of fermented kombucha. Steep for 1-3 days and strain before drinking or storing.

    Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

    Orange Hibiscus Kombucha

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup brewed Plain Kombucha
    • 1 tsp Farmhouse Teas Orange Hibiscus Kombucha Flavoring
    • Blood orange or naval orange for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Add 1 tsp. of Farmhouse Teas Orange Hibiscus flavoring to plain fermented kombucha. Bottle with an air-tight bottle like a swing-top bottle.
    2. Let ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days, then place in the refrigerator overnight or 24 hours. Then strain flavoring from kombucha.
    3. To the serving glass add the brewed orange hibiscus kombucha.
    4. Garnish with blood orange slices and enjoy.

    I was very impressed with this way to flavor my kombucha! So easy and the results were delicious and fizzy. And I love this flavor! This is my new go to method of second fermenting kombucha. I look forward to trying more of your flavors.

    Wonderful taste and beautiful color

    This is a favorite in our household. The beautiful reddish-pink color makes for a lovely drink over ice or chilled, but the taste is just perfect. Neither the hibiscus or orange overpower one another - it's blended perfectly and is a great add-in for the kombucha blend of green tea that's available on the website.

    Beautiful color

    I used this in my 2nd ferment - just a teaspoon in a 16-ounce bottle. The color is absolutely beautiful. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of sugar with the flavoring and the carbonation was extremely lively. Next time I may also add a bit of rose water as a compliment :)
