Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.

I Haven't Needed This Yet

I bought Temperature Tamer as a "just in case" tea. So far, there hasn't been a need for this tea yet and I hope we don't need it any time soon. LOL!! These are all good, healing herbs so I'm sure it will be a huge help if we need it. I see this good medicine to have on hand.
