Next to apples, pears help to ring in fall! Nothing goes better with pear than a little ginger and some sweet cardamom! Spice up your 'booch with this fabulous fall flavor. It goes great mixed in cocktails and mocktails!

Comes in a 1.5 oz bag. Steeps about 6 to 10 -16 oz bottles of kombucha. Flavor strength varies with each drinker's taste buds; use more or less as tastes prefer. An average bottle requires 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days, then strain. Chill 12-24 hours before opening then enjoy or store for later use.

* If you have brewed with this before and are not seeing as much fizz, the cinnamon in the ingredients requires a little extra sugar to get the full fizz. Alternatively, turn this into a syrup before use. Directions below.

      The Refreshing Pear

The pear flavor tastes like it smells. Although, by nature, I'm not a big fan of pear, I found myself open to this becoming one of my all time favorites. Very Refreshing!
