Made from Grade 18/8 Stainless steel this mesh tea strainer rests on top of a small teacup. Loose leaf tea is added to the strainer and hot water is poured over it as it infuses. These work best for large leaf loose teas rather than small leaf (chamomile, rooibos). It's also great for straining kombucha and making tinctures. We recommend a tea press for the smaller loose leaf teas.
This strainer is at a nice low-cost and fits perfectly in the top of most mugs. It allows the tiniest particles through, but does keep the bulk of your tea leaves out of your cup.
I have many little tea strainers; most you have to put the tea leaves in and screw the top on. This little strainer is great for making a good hot cuppa! Winter is coming on and that is my time for a good hot cuppa to enjoy in the morning!
Purchased this handy dandy tea strainer for making elderberry syrup. Works great. Thanks.

Overall a very tastey blend! I took one star off only because I found the licorice root a bit overpowering for my taste, but otherwise it was a great blend.
An amazing way to incorporate teas into your cooking very exciting to start doing this.
No more "eyeballing" the random spoon, hoping I'm using the correct amount for my teas. Nice weight to it as well.
This spoon's weight is quite substantial. A very good value for the money. I've seen many priced twice as much, and have half the heft of this spoon. An excellent purchase!
I am not a big rooibos fan but received this in the package for the "medicine ball". I love the peach flavor though - you can actually taste it as opposed to just a hint of flavor. I haven't tried all the teas together to make the "medicine ball" yet - thank goodness I haven't gotten sick yet.
