Simply dump the mix and add your 100 proof alcohol (or vegetable glycerine). Steep for 2 weeks, strain and bottle! Herbal medicine was never so easy to do at home!

Organic Licorice Root, Organic Echinacea Angustfolia Root, Organic Mullein, Organic Red Root.

For Adults: 1/4 to 1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily, early, often, and after.* Do not use more than 4-6 weeks due to licorice. See the Safety section.

Some may be allergic to echinacea, if this is you, do not use or discontinue use. Echinacea may affect the immune system, so if you have an autoimmune disease, use caution.(Please do your own research). First signs tincture

We have to have this on hand every winter, if taken regularly, I find that it can hold off colds or lessen the symptoms. I take this at the first sign of a sore throat! The tincture process is pretty simple and easy to follow.
