It's time to breathe deep and get a little clarity. This dump-and-go mix is perfect to have on hand for your herbal steam needs. Add the dry herbs to hot boiling water. Make a tent above your head with a large towel or small blanket while leaning over the bowl. Breathe in deep. Keep your eyes closed and repeat as needed. These aromatic herbs will fill your sinuses with so much herbal goodness! It comes in a full-size bag (2.5 oz) with approx. two herbal steams. Directions come on the packaging. Organic Peppermint, Organic Eucalyptus, Organic Rosemary, Organic Mullein

To support healthy airways and ease breathing*:

Add 1 1/4 oz of herbal mix to a heat-safe bowl. Pour 4-5 cups of hot water over the top. Make a tent with a large towel or small blanket above your head while you lean over the bowl of herbs and hot water.
Breathe deeply. Inhale. Keeping eyes closed. Repeat as needed. 

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

Eucalyptus

PURE Eucalyptus ESSENTIAL OIL should not be taken internally unless it is under the supervision of a health professional. Rosemary

Rosemary may increase the risk of bleeding in those with bleeding disorders. If allergic to aspirin be cautious when using rosemary. Herbal Steam Really Works!

I was pleasantly surprised at the relief the herbal steam provided for my (terrible) allergies! I truly was not expecting it to work so well, but decided to have a shot it. The smell is a bit funky; like something that might be growing under a rock but hey, it works! 😊
