Helps me get through

This is definitely my go to and I like to mix this one with the Tropical Tulsi sweet tea.

This tea really helps with your monthly cycle and it tastes great. Love having a cup every morning somedays I add a little spearmint.

Wonderful tea

This is one of my favorite blends from farmhouse teas. I actually crave it during my cycle so I make sure I have plenty in stock each month. It's warm, tasty and makes me feel like a human again, especially on cycles where it's difficult to keep moving during the day. A warm cup before bedtime has made it easier to get my full nights sleep in also. I recommend it.

Love this product

I have ordered this more than once now. I usually make it a few times a week. It has been a great addition to my wellness journey and is supper nutrient dense.

Awesome for menstrual cramps!

I bought this for my pre-teen daughter who was having bad cramps and taking way more OTC meds than I liked (and often the OTC meds didn't help much anyway). She started using this 2 months ago, and it has made a huge difference! She has not needed any OTC meds for her last 2 periods, just this tea (1 cup a day) and a few times a heating pad. She loves the taste, as well.

Farm Maiden is fabulous!

I bought a sample size of this for my daughter who has a rough time with her monthly cycle. She tells me that it made a big difference with her discomfort level. It was far less impactful than she is used to experiencing. Nothing OTC has helped her as much. Thank you for creating such a helpful blend!

Awesome!

Another name for this tea could be cramps-be-gone! Seriously, this has worked so well for me and I'm so glad to have a tea I can drink to relieve symptoms instead of OTC meds. And it tastes good!
I should note: I brew this as I've been taught to brew medicinal teas since that's how I'm using it so I use 1 tablespoon of tea and let it steep for 15-20 minutes (cover your mug to keep all the goodness in).
