Rooibos Tea - Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz hot water (208° F) for 4-6 minutes for best results.

Spiced Pumpkin Lassi

Ingredients:

1 cup dairy free Greek-style yogurt
½ cup brewed Farmhouse Teas Prudent Pumpkin Spice Tea, cooled to room temperature
½ cup pumpkin puree
3-4 tbsp maple syrup, as desired for sweetness
Pinch cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into a serving glass and garnish with another pinch of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
