Diffuse it for sleep, add it to baths, or craft a sleep spray. Soothe muscles with a massage or ease headaches with a temple dab—Freshen laundry with dryer balls or sachets. Keep bugs away with a diluted spray (avoid eyes/skin). Add a few scented drops to your crafts!

Pure Fresh and Relaxing

I love the smell of lavender, but am allergic to anything in the mint family applied topically so it's great to find a pure oil for my diffuser to help me relax. This is such a soothing scent and smells fresh, with no weird chemical aroma some cheaply made oils have. I also add a drop or two to a wool dryer ball with my sheets to make sleeping that much easier and more enjoyable.
