I haven't made any of the recipes, but the basic information on how to set up a charcuterie board is excellent. The ideas are inspiring and the photography is beautiful. This is a really great book on setting up a charcuterie board. It has tips on how to lay out everything -- meats, cheeses, nuts, crackers, and even sweets. It also has a lot of recipes, which look delicious. The book will come in handy for Thanksgiving, as I'm planning to have a charcuterie board.
