Making naturally gut-healthy soda packed with probiotics at home is as easy as mixing sugar into the water - our Water Kefir Grains will do the rest. Add fruit or juice for a refreshing, bubbly drink! If you are just starting out with brewing your own water kefir at home don't forget this culture! It works similar to kombucha but without tea.
What? I know I said WITHOUT tea, but no worries, it's a fun probiotic drink that you can flavor with any of our organic loose-leaf teas or kombucha flavor packs during the 2nd fermentation.

We've been making the water kefir for several months and have enjoyed it's benefits. It's also saving us money since we no longer buy over the counter pills.
This is a wonderful product and a better health choice.
I had water kefir in no time! Rehydrating was simple & after that in a couple of days we had a batch of kefir-first ferment anyway. The flavorings are a fun addition too!

Overall a very tastey blend! I took one star off only because I found the licorice root a bit overpowering for my taste, but otherwise it was a great blend.
An amazing way to incorporate teas into your cooking very exciting to start doing this.
No more "eyeballing" the random spoon, hoping I'm using the correct amount for my teas. Nice weight to it as well.
This spoon's weight is quite substantial. A very good value for the money. I've seen many priced twice as much, and have half the heft of this spoon. An excellent purchase!
I am not a big rooibos fan but received this in the package for the "medicine ball". I love the peach flavor though - you can actually taste it as opposed to just a hint of flavor. I haven't tried all the teas together to make the "medicine ball" yet - thank goodness I haven't gotten sick yet.
