Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) - a sunny-bloomed perennial that grows 2 feet tall and hails from the Mediterranean, Russia, Syria, Iran, and Turkestan. Traditional use? Not picky on soil type and prefers shade more than the sun. Seeds need light to germinate - lightly sandpaper 'em, plant in fall/early spring, and give 'em a 2-week cold bath (or learn more about stratifying and scarifying seeds here). Cover with soil, press it down, and keep it moist - they'll sprout in 10-40 days. Placement? Plant 'em 1-2 feet apart.

This is my go to breakfast tea. So smooth and tastes so good. Can’t wait to have a cup each morning.
I love Farmhouse Teas products, but the particular flavors of the “root beer” and cherry almond were a bit disappointing.
I don't miss my coffee in the mornings anymore! Mushrooms have paved the way to a better alternative. This tea has a great robust flavor.
the bags are easy to fill.I like that nothing gets through the bag
