Yup, it's really free!
Where are my coffee drinkers? Did you know that I use to be a coffee drinker myself? In fact, when I met the Farmer I was on a coffee diet. Coffee for breakfast, for lunch, and for dinner. I ate very little real food.
But then it came...
Crashed adrenals and other issues that no young lady wants to worry about (I share my full story in this e-book).
Maybe you have a similar story? Stomach pains, indigestion, acid reflux, sensitivity to caffeine, or a special diet that doesn't allow coffee.
If you are looking to add tea to your daily habit, cut back on coffee or cut it out altogether. This guide is for you.
I love having this resource for inspiration as I start experimenting more with teas - and try to move away from the caffeine in coffee!
I tried to make the white chocolate tea, and I substituted some items that I didn't have, and it was ok. But not something I would stop drinking coffee for. Maybe if I had the correct ingredients, it would have tasted better to me.
Whoever thought there could be so many choices and options! There is such a wide variety that it is hard to choose. This book is amazing!
Who'd have thunk, using tea to cook with? Certainly a new one to me! I liked the information shared and appreciate the knowledge!
Love the recipes. Haven't tried them yet. Looking forward to trying them.

Overall a very tastey blend! I took one star off only because I found the licorice root a bit overpowering for my taste, but otherwise it was a great blend.
An amazing way to incorporate teas into your cooking very exciting to start doing this.
No more "eyeballing" the random spoon, hoping I'm using the correct amount for my teas. Nice weight to it as well.
This spoon's weight is quite substantial. A very good value for the money. I've seen many priced twice as much, and have half the heft of this spoon. An excellent purchase!
I am not a big rooibos fan but received this in the package for the "medicine ball". I love the peach flavor though - you can actually taste it as opposed to just a hint of flavor. I haven't tried all the teas together to make the "medicine ball" yet - thank goodness I haven't gotten sick yet.
